El mismo año 1957 Vieta comenzó la fabricación de otros dispositivos, como los amplificadores B-60 y
B-70, el brazo del giradiscos Hektor y construyó una sala de audiciones en las instalaciones de la empresa
en la calle Diputación de Barcelona, con diseño de Tous y Fargas. 31-40.
Vieta se planteó en 1957 la fabricación y comercialización de amplificadores e inició su producción
industrial. Con el modelo AP-230 Tous y Fargas obtendrían el Delta de Oro en la primera convocatoria de estos
premios del ADI/FAD, el año 1961. La empresa fue creciendo y aparecieron nuevos modelos (A-215, A-

Vieta había sido una iniciativa empresarial de los hermanos Francisco y Eduardo Vieta Fargas junto con
Raimon Tort Alemany, y estaba en pleno desarrollo al inicio de los años 1960. Ellos mismos
acondicionaron el local en la calle Diputación 317 -con la ayuda de Tous y Fargas- para su utilización
como sala de audiciones.
